Ingredients
- 2 fillets tortilla/lime crusted fish from Costco
- 1 bag shredded red cabbage
- 1 bag shredded carrots
- 2 limes
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 jar peach/mango salsa
- 1 8 oz package sour cream
- 1 bag blue corn chips
- 1 pkg Tortillas
Directions
Directions
cook fish according to package directions
flake apart with fork
fill warmed tortilla with 2 spoonsful of fish
top with shredded cabbage, carrots, chopped cilantro, sour cream, salsa (to your liking)
roll up
serve with corn, black beans, chips, sides of your choice
