2 14 tsp salt (I recommend Real Salt)
18 tsp pepper
18 tsp cinnamon
18 tsp ginger
18 tsp turmeric
2 12 3 cups tomatoes (about 1 1/2 14 oz cans)
3 potatoes
2 12 3 cups peas
