1 pound sweet sausage
4 eggs
1⁄4 stick butter
1 cup flour
2 cups milk
1 cans creamed corn 2 cups
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs

Cook sausage; drain. Slice eggs into casserole reserving around 4 to garnish the top. In saucepan, melt butter; blend in flour, salt, pepper. Add milk all at once. Cook, stirring constantly, till mixture thickens and bubbles. Stir sausage and corn into sauce; pour over eggs. Slice remaining eggs; arrange atop mixture. Sprinkle with crumbs; bake at 375F for 30 minutes, or till heated through.
