Easy Meals for the New Year — Freezer Friendly Double Chocolate Banana Muffins

Blog-Header

Freezer Friendly Double Chocolate Muffins from Happy Money Saver is our amazing Easy Meals for the New Year recipe of the day! This recipe is proven to be freezer friendly and allows you to make breakfast or a snack ahead of time so you’re ready for busy mornings when you’re headed off to work or school.

I really enjoy baking, but I think I enjoy the the finished product more! These muffins are packed with banana and chocolate chips and you can make a double batch to ensure you’re ready for the next few weeks. Since they are baked and then added to your Freezer, they could last for quite a while (unless your family gobbles them up)! Just pull them from the freezer and warm them up before serving.

While I served these with turkey sausage links and yogurt, they are also great as a grab and go meal and can stand alone! If you have time, feel free to pair them with your favorite breakfast items too.
