“One of my biggest tips in ensuring that we eat real food is ensuring that it’s around. It’s easy to just pick up packaged snacks, but it’s just as easy to grab homemade snacks if you have them on hand. Since this may be one of your last weeks before school starts, take some time to bake and prepare foods that you can freeze and then pull out as needed.”
