One Pot October (Week 1)

one-pot-october-heading

Fall foods are my favorite to cook, and more importantly, to eat! This month’s challenge incorporates fall flavors using warm simmering sauces, scrumptious pastas, and soups/stews, all done on an incredibly delicious budget.

This month, we’ve partnered with the blog, Budget Bytes, to bring you a revamp of one of our favorite challenges from earlier this year: One Pot October! Because these recipes are from Budget Bytesthe average cost per serving is only $1.52, which means ANYONE can afford to eat well this October, regardless of your budget!

These one pot meals are insanely easy and the perfect addition to our busy weeks. Because they’re all made in one pot, you will have fewer dishes and less time spent cleaning up! That’s a win in our book.

If you you participated in One Pot April, you will get 20 new recipes to enjoy, but if you are new to Plan to Eat and our challenges, you will receive 40 recipes for the month of October because we’ve included the challenge recipes from April! This means that we’re doubling our typical number of recipes and bringing you one of the biggest and best challenges yet! (Just wait until we reveal the giveaway package!!)
