Boneless Country Style BBQ Ribs is our Recipe of the Day, and the 9th recipe in our Easy Meals for the New Year challenge. This is another tasty (and easy!) recipe from Happy Money Saver, who has graciously provided several for us to use this month. Every one of them has been delicious, so if you’re looking for a resource for new recipe ideas, make sure to visit her website!
These ribs are made in your crockpot and take about 5-6 hours to prepare. I haven’t always had good results with crockpot ribs, but these came out tender and moist. You top the ribs with your preferred BBQ sauce, so you can use your family’s favorite. These were a hit and great way to mix up my meal plan with a meal I don’t make very often.
I paired this recipe with roasted potatoes and asparagus, but you could embrace the recipe and serve it with baked beans, potato salad, and coleslaw for a truly country style meal!
