  • I made this tater tot pickle salad for a potluck recently and it was a huge hit! It’s not like your average potato salad, which I often find is too mayonnaise-y (for lack of a better term). The tangy dill pickles paired with the crispy smashed tater tots is a delicious combo
  • We have a huge veggie garden and had some friends over for dinner recently. We wanted to use as many fresh veggies from our garden as we could. This Asian slaw was perfect for accomplishing just that! We cooked up some fried chicken sandwiches and topped them with the slaw – chef’s kiss! Now one of our new go-to faves.
  • This dessert was unreal! The perfect cold dessert for a potluck on a hot summer day!

  • I’m tellin’ you, nothing beats a crispy gnocchi. Lightly fried in olive oil and mixed with fresh veggies and herbs. This dish was popping with flavor, tasty and refreshing on a summer evening. We added fresh mozzarella for a hit of creamy fat to round out the palette!
  • I’m a big fan of south and east asian cuisines, so I was really excited to find this easy, slightly dressed-up take on a classic: Cold Sesame Noodles. I like to sub in fresh udon noodles for an extra-satisfying bite!

  • This marinated chicken is so flavorful! I love any recipe in the summer that doesn’t require me to turn on the stove or oven, so it’s a win-win!
  • My husband and I have been obsessed with this salad ever since a friend shared it with us. I love the crunchy chicken with a fresh salad!
  • Last summer I jumped on the viral Italian grinder trend and this summer is no different! Except my new favorite version is this Italian grinder salad with garbanzo and cannellini beans.
