Is the Carbohydrate count right on these? It seems like with 4 cups of hasbrowns the Carbohydrate count would be higher than .2 g

The amounts are all out of whack on this recipe. Used the amount of hashbrowns called for and could only cover the bottom of 18 muffin cups. Doulbed the amount of sausage and eggs to fill up even those 18.
