Comments & Personal Notes

More sweet potatoes!

This was alright. I cooked the chorizo first, then added the potatoes so they cooked in the chorizo oil. Definitely needs more sweet potatoes! I was out of sweet, so I used regular potatoes, but the proportions are off. Definitely increase the potatoes.

Easily change the flavor by the salsa you use. Also, instead of long-grain rice and chicken bullion, I used a "chicken rice" boxed rice.

Cook 5-10 minutes longer if using brown rice and 2 cups broth

only needed to cook for 20 minutes. Also replaced chorizo for ground turkey
