Taiwanese Meat Sauce with Crispy Shallots

2 tsp onion, shallot
2 tsp chili peppers
1 tsp salt (to bring out the fragrance of ginger shallots, and chili)
1 tbsp oil, coconut or EVOO
1 lbs ground chicken/veal/pork
1 tsp spice, salt
12 tsp ground white pepper
1 tbsp vinegar, white wine
2 tbsp tamari soy sauce
14 tbsp 5 spice powder
1 tsp oil, sesame
1 cup stock, chicken
OPTIONAL
oil, coconut shallots & 2 tbsp of - Fried shallots - 1 clove of
2 soft boiled eggs
2 small pieces bamboo shoots (Alt. canned bamboo shoots)
Chopped scallions (as much as you like)
cauliflower, riced
