14 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons honey
juice of 2 lemons
3 tablespoons preserved lemon peel
1 clove garlic peeled and mashed
1 teaspoon curry powder
14 teaspoon ground ginger
12 teaspoon dried oregano
12 teaspoon dried thyme
12 teaspoon crushed green peppercorns
3 tablespoons melted butter
2 cups chicken stock
8 dried apricot halves coarsely chopped and soaked in warm filtered water
