4 clove garlic minced
16 ounce mushroom diced, bella or any type or mix of types
14 cup wine, white
16 ounce spinach washed, drained and coarsely chopped
spice, pepper, cayenne to taste
spice, salt to taste
spice blend, mexican to taste
SAUCE
1 whole lime juiced
14 cup stock, veggie
12 teaspoon spice, garlic powder
12 cup cilantro chopped, use the amount that suits your taste
1 cup sour cream
spice, pepper, white to taste
spice, salt to taste
spice blend, Mexican to taste
