5-10 asparagus spears ends trimmed then chopped into 1-inch pieces
6 eggs
34 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
12 tsp. baking powder
12 tsp. salt
12 tsp. sweet paprika
12 tsp. dried thyme
14 tsp. chipotle powder
18 tsp. black pepper
12 cup vegan butter or shortening
1 cup all-purpose flour
3-4 Tbsp. ice water
