I've been relying on bookmarks and printed calendars and a separate grocery list and planning meals (when I actually DO it) typically takes several hours per week. I've been using this for awhile now and I absolutely LOVE it! Makes everything so much easier. We save money because we plan out our meals and have an easy way to keep tabs on what we already have in stock vs. what we need to buy, we're *still* losing weight because we plan healthy and nutritious meals, which saves time by the planning of course but THEN we have built in lunches made already for the next day with the leftovers!
