Plan to Eat is amazing. Mind-blowing. It's changed the way I feed my family. I used to dread planning meals and making shopping lists. I've tried meal planning a number of times over my 25 years of marriage. Nothing stuck. I couldn't handle the weekly grocery store trips and the shopping lists were cumbersome. I'd get so frustrated, I'd stop. I wasted so much money on food I'd end up not using. This was my yo-yo of meal planning. We started eating out, spending $1000 a month on food.
